Tara Farazian is a licensed Marriage and Family therapist who has been working in an adult and children’s mental health setting since 2007. She received her graduate degree from Pepperdine University and has since worked with clients with a wide range of concerns. Her experience includes treating childhood, adolescent, and adult trauma, depression, and anxiety. Addiction and substance related disorders, career related problems, pre and post-divorce or break up counseling.
Tara’s counseling style combines cognitive-behavioral and solution focused therapy that is direct, yet collaborative. She has worked with many clients and understands the complexities of various psychological issues that people face. Her work revolves around being friendly, disciplined and organized yet flexible. At her practice, Tara provides short term, present focused therapy focusing on very specific problems. She will work with you to develop a treatment plan that will meet your unique and specific.
